Wooden Hedgehog House

Hedgehogs provide a natural form of pest control but can struggle to survive during the winter months.

Our sturdy wooden hedgehog house has been designed to offer a safe haven for them when hibernating or sleeping.

Crafted from FSC certified wood, our hedgehog house has a waterproof felt roof and an extendable entrance to prevent dogs and badgers from reaching inside.

It’s recommended that the house is placed on dry ground in a quiet and sheltered spot in the garden facing south or south-west. Pop some dry leaves in the house and then cover it with a thick layer of dry leaves, twigs and other natural materials (leaving the opening clear) for the hedgehogs to feel at home.
